It can be a lonely, anxious, and depressing place to be.

I've built and led design organizations for startups, growth-stage, and enterprise orgs across many industries. I know what leading asks of you, because I've lived it, I've hired it, and I'm still leading today. I've led research, strategy, UX, visual design, copywriting, and development teams, mentoring many folks along the way.

One-on-one, focused on the specific challenges you're facing. We discuss the details and explore solutions you can consider, implement, and refine in your own way.

Weekly one-hour sessions at first, then tapering as you re-find your footing. Every other week, then monthly, then whenever you need a sounding board. I'm also available for limited texting and email between sessions.
